• User preference where the user/users have marked similar messages as spam. 
• Domain policy where the receiving domain has a blacklist/policy definition marking specific/all emails from a domain (in this case Gmail/Google) as spam.
• Events where the message is received by the domain but segregated for some policy reason and not delivered to the intended inbox.
