Our Ambassadors

Meet Our Ambassadors

On each of our RV Caravans, you’ll be accompanied by expert guides – WagonMasters (RallyMasters for Rallies) and TailGunners – which we collectively call Travel Ambassadors. Our professional leaders receive annual classroom recertification training in addition to ongoing practical training in the field.

WagonMasters are the tour leaders, who are problem solvers and orchestrate the flow of events on tour. TailGunners assist the WagonMasters and are typically the last traveler in order to help guests every step – and mile – of the way.

RON & KATHY ACKER

Ron and Kathy began their RVing journey in 2000. Ron, a retired police officer, and Kathy, a retired office manager, bring a wealth of skills to their roles as tour leaders.

EDDIE ADAMS & MICHELLE HARMON

Ed and Michelle are passionate adventurers who embarked on their RVing journey in 2016. Hailing from diverse backgrounds in the Air Force, they now call Florida their home.

CARLA & PAUL AHEARN

Paul and Carla found their passion for RVing in 2017. With Paul's background as a firefighter and Carla's as a nurse, they bring valuable skills to their role as Ambassadors.

NEIL & ADELE ANDREWS

Neil and Adele, hailing from Ontario, embraced full-time RVing in 2016. With diverse backgrounds, they possess a wide range of skills that make them excellent tour leaders.

JOAN ANTOLIK & SUE CROSS

Joan and Sue are an extraordinary duo who have been avid RVers since 2017. With their military backgrounds, they possess the ideal qualities to excel as tour leaders.

Harry and Linda have been passionate RVers since the 1970s. With their extensive experience of RV travel, they are a perfect fit for leading your next trip of a lifetime.

JIM & KIM AUSTIN

Jim and Kim, from WA state, embraced the RVing lifestyle in 2016. With extensive travel experiences, the lively couple possess the ideal qualities to excel as RV tour leaders.

JENNIFER & STEVEN BAKER

Steve and Jen first began their RVing journey in 2017 by selling everything they own and buying an RV! They fully embraced the lifestyle by becoming full-time RVers in 2018.

JEFFREY & KARLA BARTLETT

Jeff and Karla have been RVing for most of their lives. After being full-timers for six years, they’ve now settled in North Carolina as a home base when they’re not on the road.

LICHELE & KARL BAUSMAN

Both hailing from Michigan, Karl and Lichele embraced a nomadic spirit by transitioning to full-time RVing. Their passion for exploration makes them exceptional tour leaders.

VERN & CHRIS BEADLE

Vern and Chris have been RVing since 1978 and have worked 32 tours. High school sweethearts with careers in education, both are uniquely qualified to lead your next adventure.

RICH BENNETT & SUE BENNETT

Rich and Sue began RVing in 2004 and are also avid boaters and motorcyclists. The pair bring extensive travel experience and a passion for exploration to their leadership roles.

KEN & JUDI BENNETT

Ken and Judi have been RVing since 1969. They have been Ambassadors on 18 Caravans & Rallies with Fantasy RV Tours and are excited to lead you on your next trip of a lifetime.

BILL & KATHY BLACKMAN

Bill and Kathy have been RVing together since 2005. Their extensive travel history and love of adventure shines through, as they have been Ambassadors on 41 Caravans & Rallies.

JOHN & LISA BOUTIN

John and Lisa started RVing in the 80s and love to explore and meet new people. They’re excited to share their passion for RVing and adventure with you as Fantasy Ambassadors.

DAN & NANCY BOWER

Dan and Nancy are full-time RVers who have visited all 50 states, and love visiting National Parks. They look forward to sharing their passion of RVing and travel with you.

Mark and Bonnie, from Maryland, began their RV adventure in 2008. With their extensive RV travel experience, they are a perfect fit for leading your next trip of a lifetime.

Duane and Peggy started at Fantasy RV Tours in 1997 and are the company’s longest running Ambassador team! Having led 34 tours, they can’t wait to take you on your next vacation.

Meet Jon and Kimberleigh, a fun-loving and adventurous couple who started their RV journey in 2016, turning full-time after the pandemic made their jobs permanently remote.

Peter and Monica began their RVing journey in 2017 after retirement. The couple loves exploring our great country by RV and sharing their passion of traveling while on tour.

Harold and Barbara began RVing in 1990 and have traveled US and Canada multiple times! Their home base and family are in Mississippi, but they also enjoy Florida in the winter.

Connie Jo and Steve, a dynamic duo from Texas, embraced their passion for adventure upon retiring in 2016 by purchasing their cherished Super C RV and hitting the open road.

Gerald and Carey, now living in Florida, have been avid RV enthusiasts since 2013. Their backgrounds boast a remarkable journey through the Navy and Dept. of Corrections.

DC and Mary, seasoned RVers from CA, have a deep-rooted love for camping and RVing that began in ‘71. In their free time, they enjoy cooking, wine tasting & meeting new people.

Keith and Joan hail from the beautiful Adirondacks in New York and began RVing in 1984. Having led 30 Caravans and Rallies, they can’t wait to take you on your next vacation.

VIC & RAMONA COOPER

Vic and Ramona have been exploring the open road since the early 1970s. Both originally from California, they share a passion for nature, hiking, and other outdoor adventures.

Tim and Sherry threw caution to the wind in 2019 and became full-time RVers. They love the freedom of traveling around in their home and all the great people they have met.

Bob and Sheila are high school sweethearts turned lifelong adventurers! They are both Army veterans, love the RV lifestyle, and look forward to hitting the open road with you.
