Jeff enjoyed a 31-year career in corporate aviation, traveling the globe where he perfected his skills in logistics, planning, and adaptability. Karin worked in information technology, where she developed strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Together, they are the perfect balance of precision and creativity, ensuring every journey is smooth sailing (or driving, we should say!).

The couple loves exploring new destinations and sharing their adventures, so leading tours is a natural fit for them. While not RVing, Virginia is their home base.

Meet Ed and Karen, who split their time between the open road and Tennessee. They retired from careers helping others and now pride themselves on delivering safe, enjoyable tours.

Ed and Karen Hannon, originally from New York and Georgia respectively, bring service backgrounds and a passion for exploration to their roles as tour leaders with Fantasy RV Tours.

The couple dedicated their careers to helping others. Ed served in the US Navy and later as a hospital administrator while remaining in the Navy Reserves. Through these roles, he developed leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills. Whereas Karen worked as a dental assistant and later as a paraprofessional in the public school system. She credits her strong communication and coaching abilities to teaching.

Since 2019, they have considered themselves semi-full-time RVers, splitting their time between traveling and their RV garage home in Tennessee. You’ll discover their combined experiences make them excellent tour leaders, dedicated to providing safe, enjoyable adventures for their guests.

You’ll appreciate Ray’s calm demeanor and problem-solving skills. He retired from public service after a career spanning 33 years in law enforcement. Likewise, Deb’s customer service can’t be matched. She spent 37 years in the insurance industry, delighting her clients. 

Having explored the world, they are passionate about traveling. Since 2021, they have been RVers. Prior to RVing, they spent 30 years as boaters. By land or by sea, they love sharing new experiences, which makes them stand out as dedicated tour leaders.

An epic road trip ignited a passion for RVing for Craig and Kathy. Now, as experienced guests on several Fantasy RV Tours and full-time RVers, they lead successful tours.

In 2022, Craig and Kathy Mitchell set out on a once-in-a-lifetime road trip in a Model T Ford. They nicknamed the journey "Follow The Papaw," retracing the route Craig’s grandparents took 100 years earlier from Indiana to California. Using his grandmother’s diary, receipts, photos and family stories, they followed the same path, arriving where his grandparents had been exactly a century before. 

This amazing adventure sparked their dream of full-time RV living. Now, they love to invite their six children, 10 grandchildren, and friends on trips, as well as taking Fantasy RV Tours themselves! They have been guests on the Calgary Stampede Rally and the Heart of Alaska Caravan.

Prior to becoming full-time RVers, Craig and Kathy retired from respected careers. Craig had a long career in sales and business ownership where he honed his communication and planning skills. Kathy’s worked in human resources on both the for-profit and non-profit sides, building her skills in organization and adaptability.

These Air Force veterans had a unique start to their RVing journey. It began with dogs, turned into a love for the open road, led into full-time RVing, and now leading tours!

Danny and Karen Webster bring dedication, resourcefulness, and a love of adventure to their role as RV tour leaders.

Danny, originally from North Carolina, and Karen, a self-described “Air Force brat” who lived across the globe, met while serving in the Air Force. Their experiences in the service instilled their strong leadership and organizational skills.

The Websters began their RVing journey with cross-country trips to compete in American Kennel Club lure coursing trials with their dogs. This frequent travel helped transition them to full-time RVing in 2018. Since then, they have become exceptional tour leaders, ensuring unforgettable experiences for their guests on every journey.
