Cancellation Policy

Fantasy is required to pay all suppliers well in advance of your tour date. All suppliers have their own cancellation policies, which apply to your booking. Should you have the need to cancel, please call 800-952–8496. Additionally, a written notice is required by email to info@fantasyrvtours.com.   Upon, receipt, Fantasy will follow industry procedures for any applicable refunds as outlined in the supplier’s terms and subject to their review. If you are entitled to a refund, please note that the supplier is responsible for this refund, not Fantasy.  We are not responsible for a supplier’s failure to pay a refund.  Any applicable refunds are paid 30 days after receiving written notice of your cancellation. If you need to switch your tour up to 150 days prior to departure, your tour monies will be transferred less a $50 switch fee.  Any and all refunds due to cancellation will, in addition to the terms of our suppliers, be subject to the standard refund policy below.

Standard Refund Policy

  • 150 days prior to departure: 100% of monies paid will be refunded, less $99 cancellation fee.

  • 149 to 90 days prior to departure: 10% of full tour price (excludes all discounts) will be retained from monies paid.  Any remaining monies paid will be refunded.

  • 89 to 30 days prior to departure: 15% of full tour price (excludes all discounts) will be retained from monies paid.  Any remaining monies paid will be refunded plus you will receive a $250 Travel Credit*.

  • 29 days or less prior to departure: 30% of full tour price (excludes all discounts) will be retained from monies paid.  Any remaining monies paid will be refunded plus you will receive a $250 Travel Credit*.

Exceptions: Overseas, Polar Bear, Kentucky Derby and NYC

  • 150 days prior to departure: 100% of monies paid will be refunded, less $99 cancellation fee.

  • 149 to 60 days prior to departure: 25% of full tour price (excludes all discounts) will be retained from monies paid.  Any remaining monies paid will be refunded plus you will receive a $250 Travel Credit*.

  • 59 to 30 days prior to departure: 50% of full tour price (excludes all discounts) will be retained from monies paid.  Any remaining monies paid will be refunded plus you will receive a $250 Travel Credit*.

  • 29 days or less prior to departure: 75% of full tour price (excludes all discounts) will be retained from monies paid.  Any remaining monies paid will be refunded plus you will receive a $250 Travel Credit*.

Cancellation/Interruption Insurance is recommended for all tours, especially for Overseas, Polar Bear, Kentucky Derby and New York City.

*Travel Credits must be applied towards a new reservation within 1 year of date issued.

COVID-19 Cancellation Policy

For anyone registered on a tour that Fantasy has been forced to reschedule or postpone due to COVID-19, all monies paid will be returned in the form of a travel credit to be used on any future tour with no expiration date.
