When you travel with us outside the lower 48 States, your vacation includes emergency medical assistance, rig recovery, and evacuation plan as added benefits because your peace of mind is important to us. If you have a medical emergency or a mechanical breakdown during your tour that prevents you from continuing, you will receive a pro-rated credit toward a future tour with us less any non-refundable, pre-paid deposits made to our vendors on your behalf, towards your choice of destinations we offer.

Today, a passport is not required to travel by land to Mexico and Canada, only a certified birth certificate. You will need a passport effective June 1, 2009 which has been extended from January 1, 2008. We strongly recommend you apply for your passport now. You will need a passport for overseas travel.

This applies if you do not choose our FREE Cancellation Plan. Our cancellation policy is very liberal because we understand the RV lifestyle! If you need to cancel your vacation for any reason up to 120 days prior to your departure date, for you or a guest, there will only be a 5% administrative fee. If you need to cancel your vacation within 120 to 60 days before departure, there will only be an administrative fee equal to your deposit. If you cancel your vacation within 60 days before departure you will be refunded 75% of the tour price you paid. You will receive a $200 credit voucher towards any future vacation with us. You qualify if you reserve your vacation more than 12 months in advance, and pay your balance in full 12 months prior to your vacation. With this policy, if you should have to CANCEL FOR ANY REASON at ANY TIME prior to departure, you are GUARANTEED 95% of your money will be returned. No strings attached! (Valid on all vacations except Piggyback, Polar Bear, New York City, Kentucky Derby, and Overseas).

If you cancel your overseas vacation for any reason up to 180 days prior to departure date, for you or a guest, there will only be a 5% administrative fee. If you need to cancel your overseas vacation within 180 to 90 days before departure date, there will only be an administrative fee equal to your deposit. If you need to cancel your overseas vacation within 90 days before departure, you will be refunded 25% of the tour price you paid. It is necessary to retain a percentage of your tour price due to non-refundable deposits remitted to airlines, motorhome rentals and hotels on your behalf. You must advise us in writing, at or prior to booking, of any medical, physical or other condition, which may require professional attention during the trip or may require the use of special equipment. Certain itineraries and trips are not wheelchair-accessible, and some tours may include travel in altitudes of up to 8,000 feet. Fantasy RV Tours / Creative World Travel reserves the right to decline any trip participant who, in our opinion, may affect the health, safety or enjoyment of other participants.
