Each day seems to bring a new set of guidelines and those guidelines vary based on your location. We want to ensure you that we are monitoring all locations to which we travel and working with each of our vendors to determine what precautions and protocols are in place in order to enable our tour to operate in a safe manner.

In order to provide a safe tour for our guests and ambassadors, as well as the vendors and others we meet along the way, we wanted you to be aware of the steps that we will be taking to ensure we are able to operate safely.

We will monitor and adapt to all local guidelines regarding COVID-19 in the countries, states, counties, and cities in which we travel.

While cleanliness and safety have always been a top priority for Fantasy RV Tours, we will ramp up those efforts and ensure that we have an increased level of disinfection procedures for common areas, modes of transportation, and any areas where our ambassadors may be preparing for driver’s meetings and/or social activities.

We will follow all social distancing guidelines and take steps to ensure that activities in which we participate will allow for proper distancing. 

Restaurant meals will likely be different as we move forward into these new protocols. We will monitor best practices and ensure that all guests feel comfortable in a restaurant setting. This could mean that we eat more meals outdoors or we may even have the meals delivered to us in our campground.

The safety and wellness of our guests and ambassadors is always the most important thing to us. Ultimately, it is your choice to travel and we will do our best to mitigate circumstances that could possibly place our guests and our ambassadors in a precarious situation. As we prepare to venture out, please know that you, the guest, are always in control of the activities in which you choose to participate. At all times, you may choose to opt out of an activity if you do not feel comfortable.
