Indulge this Easter with Delicious Instant Pot Recipes in Your RV

Ah, Easter Sunday! A time for special meals and family gatherings. This year, why not take your RV out on the road and enjoy a delicious meal while you explore? With the help of an Instant Pot, you can have a tasty dinner ready to go in no time - here's a quick and easy recipe to help make RV life easy this Easter Sunday. 

Ingredients:

• 1/2 c. orange marmalade

• 1/4 c. brown sugar

• 1/4 c. orange juice

• 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard

• Freshly ground black pepper

• Cooking spray

• 1 (4-6 lb.) fully cooked, spiral, bone-in ham

Directions:

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together marmalade, brown sugar, orange juice, Dijon, and black pepper. Spray the inside of your Instant Pot and place your ham, fat side up, in the pot, then coat the ham with all the glaze.
2. Secure lid on Instant Pot and cook on the meat setting for 15 minutes.  
3. Let the pot naturally release.  
4. Serve ham with more glaze from the pot.
